- You must not share your login credentials.
- You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access or account compromise.
3.3 Prohibited uses
You may not use Tatbiq.store to:
- Facilitate unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.

4. Subscription and pricing
4.1 Tiers and features
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features, limits, and pricing. Current pricing is available at tatbiq.store/pricing.
4.2 Billing
- Billing is monthly or annual, as you select.
- Payments are charged on the date you select during signup, then on the same date each period.
- Prices may be shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) or another currency you select, and may change with 30 days' written notice.
- You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and keeping it current.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt a retry. If payment continues to fail for 7 days, we may suspend your account.
4.3 Refunds
- No refunds for partial months or years.
- If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
- If you encounter a service failure that prevents normal operation for more than 24 hours, contact support for a pro-rata credit.
4.4 Free trial

- We will send a reminder email before trial end.
5. Your content and data
5.1 Ownership
- You own all data you input: customer information, bookings, invoices, staff records, service descriptions.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your data to provide the Service (e.g., to display bookings, process payments, generate invoices).
- You may export your data at any time via the dashboard.
5.2 Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you store.
- You must not store illegal content (e.g., content promoting violence, exploitation, or hate).
- You must not upload copyrighted material you do not own the rights to.
- You are responsible for obtaining customer consent to collect and store their data.
- Your booking page must describe your business truthfully: your business name, contact details, prices, and what customers actually get. Do not make claims you cannot back up (for example "best in Riyadh" or medical results) or advertise services you are not licensed to provide.
- Reviews must come from real customers. Do not write, buy, or ask staff or friends to post reviews, do not offer rewards only for positive reviews, and do not hide or edit a review to change its meaning. Your replies to reviews are published under your business name and are your responsibility.
- You must have the right to use every logo, photo, banner, and text you upload (yours, licensed, or free to use). We may remove content when we receive a credible rights complaint.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, including licensing, consumer protection, e-invoicing, and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) for your customers' and staff's data, where you decide what is collected and why.
5.2.1 Automated features
- Features such as receipt reading and the review agent (auto-publishing, flags, alerts) are aids. Check what they produce before relying on it; you remain responsible for your records, your published reviews, and your replies.
5.3 Invoices
- Invoices generated through Tatbiq.store are legal documents that you issue to your customers.
- We do not edit or delete invoices after they are issued.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice data (customer details, amounts, VAT).
6. Saudi Arabia tax invoicing (ZATCA)
6.1 What's live today
We generate the QR code required on Saudi Arabia's simplified tax invoices (ZATCA Phase 1) for every VAT-registered business. We also offer full ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing integration as an opt-in feature.
6.2 Phase 2 e-invoicing — how it works and what it covers
Once you connect your business's ZATCA account (using a one-time code from your own ZATCA/Fatoora portal login), we generate a dedicated cryptographic signing key for your business, exchange it with ZATCA for a signing certificate, and from then on automatically sign and report each simplified tax invoice to ZATCA's servers on your behalf, in the background. Your private signing key never leaves our servers and is encrypted at rest.
This does not yet cover: standard (B2B) tax invoices — those showing a buyer's VAT number — which require ZATCA's separate Clearance process; we have not built support for it yet, and you remain responsible for meeting any Clearance obligations that apply to your business through whatever means you currently use. Reporting also only starts once you've connected your own ZATCA account — until then, you remain responsible for any ZATCA obligations that apply to your business.
We use industry-standard practices to sign and report your invoices accurately, but we do not guarantee that ZATCA will accept every submission — acceptance can fail for reasons outside our control, including inaccurate VAT number, Commercial Registration number, or address data you provided, or an outage or rejection on ZATCA's own systems. We are not liable for penalties, fines, or compliance failures arising from data you provided, from ZATCA's own systems, or from invoice types this integration does not yet cover, as described above.
6.3 Six-year retention
You agree that we will retain issued invoices and supporting documents for six years to comply with Saudi Arabia's VAT requirements. These cannot be deleted on request during that period.
7. Payments and refunds
7.1 Customer payments
If you use Tatbiq.store to collect payments from customers:
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider you connect (e.g. Stripe, Tap Payments).
- We do not hold customer funds; the payment provider does.
- You are responsible for refunding customers if they request one.
- Refund policies are your responsibility — we do not enforce or administer them.
7.2 Booking cancellations
- If a customer cancels a booking, you determine the refund policy.
- We provide a UI for you to issue refunds; you must do so manually.
7.3 Chargeback and dispute liability
If a customer disputes a charge with their bank or payment provider, you are liable for the chargeback fee and the loss of the funds. We are not liable for chargebacks.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
8.1 Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime (monthly). This means we may be offline for maintenance, updates, or incidents.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all bugs will be fixed immediately, or that the Service will remain compatible with all browsers, devices, or third-party integrations indefinitely.
8.2 Data loss
- We maintain daily backups.
- If data is lost due to a confirmed bug or infrastructure failure on our side, we will restore from the most recent backup.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
- We are not liable for data loss caused by your actions (e.g., deleting your account, unauthorized access due to weak passwords).
8.3 Invoicing and tax compliance
We provide invoicing, ZATCA Phase 1 QR-code generation, and (for a business that has connected its ZATCA account) Phase 2 signing and reporting to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee that a given invoice will satisfy every requirement of Saudi Arabia's tax authority, and we are not liable for penalties resulting from data you provided or from your own compliance obligations described in Section 6.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 Our liability cap
Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the lesser of the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $5,000 USD.
9.2 No indirect damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data; business interruption or lost business opportunity; reputational harm; or consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, even if we were advised of the possibility. This limitation applies even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
9.3 Third-party services
We are not liable for downtime or errors in third-party services (e.g. Vercel, payment providers, ZATCA), loss of data held by third parties, or actions of third parties.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tatbiq.store, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, your data, content, or invoices, disputes with your customers, or your failure to comply with your own tax obligations.
11. Intellectual property
- Your IP: you retain all intellectual property rights in your content (bookings, customer data, business descriptions).
- Our IP: Tatbiq.store, its design, features, and functionality are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
- License to you: we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tatbiq.store for your business only.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by you
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
12.2 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms (e.g., prohibited uses, non-payment).
- We detect fraudulent activity.
- You issue invoices you know to be false.
- Required by law.
We will attempt to notify you by email, but will not delay suspension to do so.
12.3 After termination
- Your access to the Platform ceases immediately.
- You may export your data within 30 days.
- Tax invoices are retained per Section 6.3.
- Your subscription fees are non-refundable unless we terminate due to our own breach.
13. Dispute resolution and governing law
13.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (where Tatbiq.store is registered).
For disputes involving Saudi Arabia operations, Saudi Arabia law may apply to tax and VAT matters. For disputes involving customers in the EU, GDPR may apply.
13.2 Disputes
- You must first contact support@tatbiq.store with a detailed description. We will attempt to resolve it within 14 days.
- If unresolved, either party may pursue arbitration or litigation.
- You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to arbitrate disputes through a mutually agreed arbitrator.
14. Modifications to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, you must cancel before the changes take effect.
